Conditions of Warranty

All products are under the warranty of their manufacturers, unless clearly stated otherwise. Term of warranty starts from the date of delivery of the product to the consumer, and is determined pursuant to the Law no. 6502 and the Regulation on Warranty Certificate no. 29029 issued by the Ministry of Customs and Trade. For the sake of validity of the conditions of warranty, please do not forget to inspect the product at the time of cargo delivery. If you find any damages therein, please ensure that a statement is taken down thereabout, and do not accept to receive the product. Modifications on the product, deformations therein, or distortion of original design of the product are outside the scope of warranty.  

Product Return Conditions

In case of a detection of any defect in a product you purchase via our Site, you are required to communicate with us thereabout by e-mail or through customer support channels and with Copurs Tekstil Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi  Company within no later than 14 days following the date of delivery.

After receipt of this information, the defective product to be sent to us through the contracted local or foreign cargo courier firm of Copurs Tekstil Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi Company will be replaced by a new product.

If a non-contracted cargo courier firm is used therein, the cargo courier fee will not be borne and paid by Copurs Tekstil Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi Company.

The product is by no means returned and replaced if the product defect is caused by the use of product by customer or if the product is used within the aforementioned period of 14 days. The conditions regarding return and replacement of products will essentially be based on the pertinent provisions of the Consumer Protection Law no. 6502.
