Warranty Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered under the warranty provided by the manufacturer. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer and is determined in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Warranty Certificates No. 29029.
Please ensure the product is inspected at the time of delivery. If any damage is detected, a damage report must be issued, and the product should not be accepted. Any modifications, deformations, or alterations to the original design of the product will void the warranty coverage.

Product Return Conditions
If a defect is detected in a purchased product, you must contact us via email or our customer support channels within 14 days from the delivery date.

• For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products damaged due to customer misuse or used within the 14-day return period are not eligible for return or exchange. All return and exchange processes are subject to the relevant provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.
