Refund Policy

All Copurs pieces are carefully packed and shipped worldwide from our main warehouse via DHL.

All import duties and taxes are already included in the price you see at checkout — you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

While all import duties and taxes are included in your purchase, local customs authorities in your country may occasionally require certain documents to clear your parcel.

You may be contacted by DHL or the local shipping partner via email to provide documentation such as your tax code, national ID, proof of payment, or authorisation form, depending on local regulations.

If you are not a resident of the country where the order is being delivered and cannot provide the required documents, you may need to appoint a local customs broker to complete the clearance process.

Please note that any broker fees are not covered by Copurs.

Copurs is unable to provide these documents on your behalf, as they can only be submitted by the receiver.

Your shipping provider will assist you throughout the process if needed.

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be made via DHL.

If the product is delivered correctly and in good condition, and there is no manufacturing fault or defect, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. In such cases, Copurs does not cover the return fee.

Products damaged due to customer misuse or used within the 14-day return period are not eligible for return or exchange. All return and exchange processes are subject to the relevant provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.

If the item is faulty or incorrect, all related shipping and customs costs will be fully covered by Copurs.

Custom-sized or made-to-measure items cannot be returned.

Personalised Items

Personalised products are any items that have been customised, tailored, or made-to-measure according to your specifications.

These products, once produced and delivered as described and in good condition, cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned after the order has been placed.

Warranty Conditions

Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered under the warranty provided by the manufacturer.

The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer and is determined in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Warranty Certificates No. 29029.

Please ensure the product is inspected at the time of delivery. If any damage is detected, a damage report must be issued, and the product should not be accepted.

Any modifications, deformations, or alterations to the original design of the product will void the warranty coverage.

Products must be used and maintained in accordance with the care instructions provided.

Warranty coverage does not extend to damages caused by improper use, accidents, exposure to chemicals, or wear and tear resulting from normal use.
