If you are not a resident of the country where the order is being delivered and cannot provide the required documents, you may need to appoint a local customs broker to complete the clearance process.

Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Returns must be made via DHL.
If the product is delivered correctly and in good condition, and there is no manufacturing fault or defect, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
In such cases, Copurs does not cover the return fee.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, all related shipping and customs costs will be fully covered by Copurs.
Custom-sized or made-to-measure items cannot be returned.

How to Take Your Measurements?:
Bust: Measure around the fullest part of the bust. This measurement is taken above the band of your bra, and may not be the same as your bra size..
Waist:Measure the smallest part of the waist. The natural waist is below the rib cage and usually above the bellybutton. Do not take this measurement around the waistband of your clothing.
Hip: The hip measurement is taken at the widest part of the hips (around your bottom!). Do not take this measurement around the waistband of your clothing, or where your hands fall when you “put your hands on your hips.”
